How Salt Coffee came to be!
Hi my name is Tanya! My journey with coffee began in 2018 while working in various coffee shops, where I developed a deep love for the craft. There's something incredibly rewarding about creating a drink that brightens someone's day. This passion extended to building connections with our regular customers, which became a highlight of my experience.
After moving to Florida and working as an event consultant, I found myself immersed in the Jacksonville wedding industry. This inspired me to combine my love for coffee with my skills in event coordination, envisioning Salt Coffee as a unique addition to celebrations.
Growing up on the West Coast exposed me to a variety of coffee styles and the charm of coffee shops, sparking my dream of owning a coffee cart. Despite initial hesitations, I embraced the idea of creating a business where I could unleash my creativity and make a personal mark.
My background in coordinating events and designing florals, influenced by my Slavic heritage where weddings were a constant presence, provided me with valuable skills to embark on this exciting journey. At Salt Coffee, we are thrilled to join you in celebrating life's special moments and hope to add joy to your day.

The vision behind “Salt Coffee” stems from Matthew 5:13-16. Christ calls us to be the “salt of the earth” and the “light of the world.” This metaphor represents the impact Christians are meant to have in the world. They are to be the seasoning and light in this bland and dark world and to strive to be like Christ. At Salt Coffee, this is foundational in how we operate to serve the community one cup at a time!
